Pick up after school

Parents or those authorized to pick up the child should be available at the right time for collection. We take great care to ensure the safety of the children in our school environment. Therefore we request that only persons designated to pick up the children as indicated in writing to us are sent to pick up the child. Please fill the attached collection authorization form, include passport photographs and send back to us.

We will release your child to only the persons indicated in this form duly signed by you, upon presentation of a pick-up tag issued for each child by the school.

Should there be any need to send someone else, we expect you to inform us ahead in writing or phone call. We will not release your child except we hear from you under any circumstances.

In addition, we greatly object to having drivers pick up any child but if you are comfortable with the arrangement, the driver’s name, passport photograph must be included in the collection authorization form. The fact that your child recognizes the driver is not enough reason to release the child to him.
